About the role
A production leadership role in plastic injection moulding, responsible for setting up moulds, maintaining equipment, troubleshooting machines, and supervising a team of technicians, leaders, and operators to ensure daily production output and quality performance meet customer requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Setting up moulds
- Maintain good housekeeping
- Ensure machine running in good condition
- Troubleshoot machine
- Command and control group of Technician, Leader and Operator
- Liaise with QC and tool room when technical problem arise
- Upgrade and educate members skill
- Supervise and plan daily operation in production
- Control and monitor daily production output and quality performance in order meet customer's requirements
About you
- Minimum of 5 years in plastic injection moulding
- Primary / Secondary School SPM, "O" level, Higher Secondary STPM, A' Level / Pre-University, Professional Certificate or equivalent
- Bahasa Malaysia & English language proficiency
- Self discipline & able to execute production activity independent
- Willing to work at Tampoi, Johor Baru
