What they need
- According to the injection molding plan issued by PMC, follow the first article production process to switch molds, debug the first article and start production.
- Implement product quality standards to ensure that products meet customer requirements.
- Inspect the process, detect, and resolve abnormalities in a timely manner, and provide feedback to engineers for upgrades that cannot be resolved within the specified time.
- Inspect key parameters such as the molding cycle and residual amount of the machine to ensure that key
indicators such as production capacity and yield are achieved. - Conduct machine process debugging according to the standard process card output by the process engineer to ensure that the product meets quality requirements.
