Monetization Analyst - IAP (iOS)

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze iOS user purchase behavior and identify opportunities to increase IAP and subscription revenue
• Monitor key monetization metrics including Conversion Rate, ARPPU, ARPU, LTV, Retention, Churn, and Renewal Rate
• Support optimization of pricing, paywalls, subscriptions, bundles, promotional offers, and purchase flows
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests for pricing, paywalls, purchase flows, and promotional offers
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to improve the iOS purchase experience
• Build dashboards and provide regular reporting on iOS IAP performance
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new monetization opportunities
• Monitor and ensure compliance with Apple App Store and In-App Purchase policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in mobile app monetization, product analytics, growth, or revenue optimization
• Hands-on experience analyzing iOS IAPs, subscriptions, or digital commerce performance
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL
• Experience with App Store Connect, Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar analytics platforms
• Experience with A/B testing and data-driven optimization
• Strong understanding of iOS subscription models, IAP products, and purchase funnels
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with StoreKit or RevenueCat is a plus
