About the role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Money Changer Rep. to handle foreign currency exchange transactions and provide excellent customer service. The role involves processing cash transactions in local and foreign currencies, verifying banknote authenticity, maintaining accurate transaction records, and ensuring compliance with Bank Negara Malaysia regulations and company procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Process cash transactions in local and foreign currencies
- Verify banknote authenticity
- Maintain accurate transaction records
- Ensure compliance with Bank Negara Malaysia regulations and company procedures
- Perform daily cash reconciliation and documentation
- Provide support at other branches when needed
About you
- Malaysian citizen
- Minimum SPM qualification
- Valid motorcycle license required
- Experience in cash handling or the foreign exchange industry is an advantage
- Willing to work on Sundays and Public Holidays
