MongoDB Engineer (with Redis OR Kafka)

Experience: 3 to 8 Years
Work Mode: 100% Work From Office (BKC/Malad/Turbhe)

Working Days: Alternate Saturdays as per banking calendar

We are looking for an experienced MongoDB Engineer with strong hands-on experience in database design, performance optimization, and distributed database environments. Candidates with additional experience in Redis or Kafka will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize MongoDB databases and schemas
• Work with MongoDB Sharding and Replica Sets
• Perform MongoDB performance tuning and troubleshooting
• Monitor and resolve database performance issues
• Design and implement real-time data platforms
• Work on Kafka-based event-driven systems and/or Redis caching architecture
• Troubleshoot consumer lag, cache bottlenecks and database performance issues
• Ensure high availability, scalability and reliability of distributed systems
