Position /Job Title : Senior Associate  Certification Run tech
Posting - Hyderabad

Educational Qualification- B.E /B.Tech / M.Tech

Experience - 2- 5 Years

Job Purpose

1.Manage and support Certification Systems to ensure high availability,
stability, and operational readiness of critical certification environments.
2.Execute and support application deployments, configuration changes,
upgrades, and releases across certification platforms.
3.Monitor system health, performance, and uptime, ensuring timely
identification and resolution of technical issues.
4.Provide end-end runtime support and troubleshooting for application,
infrastructure, database, and network-related issues.
5.Coordinate with banks, partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to
ensure smooth execution of certification activities and issue resolution.
6.Drive major incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and
implementation of preventive and corrective actions.
7.Implement automation initiatives using scripting, AI tools, and operational automation platforms to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
8.Enhance service reliability through proactive monitoring, trend analysis,
capacity planning, and continuous process improvements.
9.Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, knowledge
repositories, and management reports.
10.Contribute to the growth and modernization of Certification Systems
through innovation, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1)Maintain the application uptime with zero delays, downtimes
2)Coordinating and communication with stakeholders on tech related issues, technical standards deviation & solution implementation
3)Provide outstanding support to banks and address the technical issues
4)Expertise in resolving technical issues
5)Drive complex or major incident resolution
6)Maintain high availability and uptime of certification systems and
environments
7)Manage deployments, upgrades, patches and configuration changes
8)Provide technical support to banks and partners during certification
activities
9)Drive resolution of complex technical and runtime issues within SLA
10)Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and stakeholders for issue
resolution
11)Implement automation to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency
12)Perform proactive monitoring, trend analysis and service improvement initiatives
13)Prepare RCA reports and recommend preventive actions

1.AI-assisted Operations (AIOps) and Intelligent Monitoring Concepts
2.Linux/Unix Administration
3.Log Analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
4.Database Fundamentals (PostgreSQL/Cassandra, Mardia DB)
5.Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
6.Shell Scripting (Basic to Intermediate)
7.Strong understanding of payment systems (UPI, IMPS, AEPS, NFS, RuPay or similar)
