Essential Functions

• **Frontline Diagnostics:**Execute high-quality, timely technical recommendations for customers by monitoring and analyzing turbine operational data.
• **Urgent Troubleshooting:**Serve as the first point of contact for remote turbine technical issues; provide immediate, data-driven guidance to mitigate operational risks.
• **Technical Communication:**Act as the primary interface between the MD center, internal technical teams, and external customers; ensure operational concerns are documented, understood, and addressed with clarity and precision.
• **Operational Excellence:**Implement Lean-driven improvements for MD workflows; contribute to the development of new diagnostic coverage strategies to increase productivity and asset uptime.
• **Cross-Functional Collaboration:**Partner with Senior Engineers to develop and validate technical solutions for complex fleet challenges.
• **Product Expertise:**Continuously develop a deep understanding of GE Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, and Generator systems to contribute effectively to existing and emerging service offerings.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
• **Shift Requirement:**Ability and willingness to work a rotating schedule (Day, Evening, or Night shifts) including non-standard weekends to support 24/7 global operations.
