M&E ASSOCIATE NEEDED

Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦300,000 monthly

A reputable financial services company is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical M&E Associate to support monitoring, evaluation, data collection, analysis, and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze operational and programme data.
• Develop and maintain M&E tools, trackers, and databases.
• Monitor activities and progress against set objectives.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and quality.
• Track project activities and identify gaps or areas requiring attention.
• Conduct data collection, surveys, and assessments where required.
• Provide insights to support management decision-making.
• Maintain proper documentation and records.
• Follow up with relevant teams to obtain required data.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in M&E, data analysis, research, programme management, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong data collection, analysis, and reporting skills.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Must reside in or around Lekki Phase 1.

Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦300,000.00 per month
