• Work closely with the Monitoring & Reporting Officer to support project monitoring, reporting, documentation, learning and information management activities for WASH, Shelter, Site Development, and Energy interventions in camps.
• Design and manage data collection tools, different databases, GIS, and reporting systems to ensure accurate analysis, gap identification, and evidence-based planning.
• Prepare quality reports, maps, documentation, case studies, and other information products for management, donors, and coordination.
• Conduct field assessments and regular site visits to project implementation activity, monitor activity progress and support timely reporting of project activities as per project need ensuring relevant compliance.
• Contribute to monitor progress against targets and indicators aligning with workplan.
• Report maintaining Standard procedure suggested by organization.
• Coordinate with field teams, and Project Office to ensure effective information sharing and reporting consistency.
• Closely collaborate with line manager in daily activities, findings as well as in selecting mitigation plan.
• Precisely maintain individual workplan and generate performance report.
• Safeguarding Responsibilities:
• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
• Contact period until 31 December 2026 with a possibility of service extension

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years
• Education: bachelor of science in geography & environment
• Skills: project reporting & documentation, documentation and reporting, project support, safeguarding adults, site supervision, reporting and documentation, humanitarian response
