What they need
- Monitors and understand work breakdown structures (WBS).
- Monitors and prepares weekly progress accomplishment report
- Coordinate with the Construction Department on the status of the project schedule against actual accomplishment
- Monitor cash flow compared to actual expenses
- Assists the construction office on the preparation of Project Completion
- Report (PCR) and closed out of completed projects
- Review materials and labor cost in compliance with approved budget
- Review and check materials requisition in relation with the approved unit price analysis on budget cost
- Check and review work quantity accomplished by the sub-contractor/ supplier in compliance with the approved contracts
- Make sure that the measurement of actual work is in accordance with the actual accomplishment
- Control variation order by making sure that work implemented are within the scope of work.
- Assist in preparation of close-out report
- Performs other related duties and special assignments that may be assigned from time to time.
