Monitoring Engineer (Telecomms)

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible in monitoring of the overall planning, organizing and controlling of the project. To collect data and information related to deliverables input and output accomplished by construction team. Determines the cost of the project and provides quantitative analysis.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the monitoring of project resources throughout the implementation period of the project.
• Update Project Tracker base on daily accomplishment for revenue reporting.
• Consolidate and account all needed data for Costing Report (Labor, material, equipment, SubCon cost, etc.)
• To prepare and submit required documents related to billing.
• Monitors the schedule and progress of the project and ensures the achievement of project objectives, timetable and budget through regular meetings.
• To put on records the issued, withdrawn, returned, and delivered project resources prepared and submitted by Warehouseman.
• Assist the Project Manager in reporting in accordance with the project status/accomplishment.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by immediate superior.
• Complies with the proper operating procedures of safety and health standards/regulations.
• Support and implements Environmental Management System with respect to their job.
• Adheres to Policies/Procedures, Employee Code of Ethics and Conduct, and Corporate Governance.
• Protect intellectual property, Company propriety and confidential information.
