Monitoring Manager

Role & responsibilities:

• Handling ~30 borrowers PAN India.
• Conduct Site Inspections and submit detailed report.
• Post sanction credit including MIS verification, Cash flow analysis reports, Issuance of Report to Credit team.
• Verifying & looking after onboarding activity, Escrow operation and sweep management, NOC verification, No Dues Issuance.
• Follow-up for recovery and monitor DPD.
• Verify and submitt of various reports (e.g. Overdue Report, Loan movement, Collection efficiency etc.) and other data points as per periodical requirements.
• Interact with Auditor for submitting data and handling queries.
• Interact and coordinate with various internal teams.
• Handle team and training team member(s).

Qualifications:

• MBA in finance.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Construction finance or a related area.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and legal requirements in the construction industry.
• Proficient in financial reporting and budget management.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
