Montessori Directress

The Seeds School is looking for a dedicated and experienced Montessori Directress to join our Pre-Primary Section.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct age-appropriate Montessori activities.
• Create a warm, engaging, and well-organized classroom environment.
• Support children’s social, emotional, and academic development.
• Maintain effective classroom management and daily routines.
• Observe and monitor children’s progress and provide appropriate support.
• Maintain communication with parents regarding children’s progress and classroom activities.
• Work collaboratively with the Section Head and other teachers.

Requirements

• Montessori Diploma/Certification; AMI/LMI qualification preferred.
• Relevant experience working in a Montessori environment.
• Good communication and classroom management skills.
• Strong understanding of Montessori principles and practices.
• Caring, patient, responsible, and child-focused approach.
• Candidates with relevant experience in a reputable school will be preferred.

• Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
