Morning Breakfast Attendant

• Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, including hot and cold dishes, beverages, and snacks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
• Set up breakfast buffet stations, replenish supplies, and maintain cleanliness throughout service hours
• Greet guests with friendliness and professionalism, providing excellent customer service and addressing any special dietary needs or requests
• Maintain food safety standards by following proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and resetting stations for the next service period
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process transactions accurately
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and delivery efficiently

• Previous kitchen experience or food preparation skills preferred; experience in food handling or catering is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with excellent communication and phone etiquette
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform physical tasks involved in meal prep and cleaning
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper sanitation practices
• Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is desirable
• Familiarity with restaurant or hotel environments, including banquet or catering experience preferred
• Ability to work early mornings consistently with a positive attitude and team spirit
