Job Overview
As a Shift Lead, you’ll help oversee daily operations, support your team on shift, and make sure every customer leaves with a smile (and a cookie). You’ll work closely with store leadership to maintain Crumbl’s high standards of quality, service, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example and maintain a positive, upbeat work environment
• Supervise team members during shifts and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
• Support training and onboarding of new hires
• Maintain product quality and presentation to Crumbl standards
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Assist with inventory, store cleanliness, and shift organization
• Communicate clearly with management about shift updates and team needs

Qualifications
✔ Previous leadership experience preferred (restaurant, retail, or hospitality a plus)
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✔ Ability to stay positive and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
✔ Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
✔ Commitment to upholding Crumbl’s high standards of quality and service
✔ Baking experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll teach you the Crumbl way!
