What you'll be doing

• Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their financial goals and needs
• Research and analyse mortgage products from various lenders to identify the best solutions
• Prepare detailed loan proposals and presentations for clients
• Assist clients throughout the application and approval process, ensuring a seamless experience
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support and guidance
• Collaborate with the broader team to share insights and contribute to the company's growth

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the mortgage or financial services industry
• Strong understanding of the Malaysian mortgage market, including products, regulations, and industry trends
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information in a clear and concise manner
• Demonstrated track record of building and maintaining client relationships
• Entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to achieve sales targets
• Proficiency in using mortgage-related software and tools
• Relevant qualifications in finance, banking, or a related field
