We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Mortgage Advisor to assist clients in securing suitable mortgage and home financing solutions. The role involves assessing clients' financial situations, advising on mortgage products, managing the application process, and maintaining strong relationships with banks, developers, and clients to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on mortgage and home financing options based on their financial needs and eligibility.
• Assess clients' income, liabilities, creditworthiness, and borrowing capacity.
• Explain mortgage products, interest rates, repayment terms, and associated costs.
• Assist clients with mortgage applications and required documentation.
• Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and underwriters to obtain approvals.
• Monitor the progress of mortgage applications and keep clients informed throughout the process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners and developers.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, company policies, and banking requirements.
• Achieve monthly mortgage disbursement and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, applications, and approvals in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on market trends, mortgage products, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in mortgage advisory, banking, real estate finance, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of UAE mortgage regulations and banking products.
• Experience working with multiple banks and financial institutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client applications simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Prior experience in the UAE real estate sector is a huge plus.
• Existing network within real estate agencies, developers, and banking partners is advantageous.
• Familiarity with off-plan and secondary market property transactions.
