capital.works® by YATIRIM UK LIMITED is looking for an ambitious, newly qualified Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our growing business.

This opportunity is suitable for someone who has completed the full CeMAP qualification and wants to build a long-term career in mortgage and protection advice within a supportive environment.

Newly qualified and non-CAS candidates are welcome to apply. Structured onboarding, supervision, and a pathway towards Competent Adviser Status will be provided through the relevant authorised firm, subject to compliance approval.

The role

• Conduct client fact-finds and understand individual financial objectives

• Research and recommend suitable mortgage and protection solutions

• Manage clients from initial enquiry through to application and completion

• Maintain accurate and compliant client records

• Build trusted, long-term client relationships

• Develop a personal client bank and generate referral opportunities

• Work closely with compliance, administration, and case-management teams

Candidate requirements

• Full CeMAP qualification completed—CeMAP 1, 2, and 3

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• A professional, organised and customer-focused approach

• Confidence speaking with clients by telephone and video

• A strong interest in mortgages, protection, and financial services

• Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and follow compliance procedures

• Ability to manage your own schedule and workload

• Right to work in the UK

Previous mortgage-advice experience and CAS status are not essential.

Commission structure

• Company-provided business: [40%]

• Self-generated business: [70%]

• No basic salary

• [No charge for company-provided leads]

This is a self-employed opportunity. Earnings are not guaranteed and will depend on business written, conversion rates, and individual performance.

All regulated activity will be conducted under the permissions, supervision, and compliance framework of the relevant FCA-authorised firm. Appointment is subject to satisfactory due diligence, references, and compliance approval.
