Mortgage Advisory Manager

You will be responsible for assessing clients’ financing needs, reviewing available lending options, and helping them navigate the mortgage landscape. This includes evaluating loan packages from different financial institutions, identifying suitable financing structures, and supporting clients throughout the application and approval process. You will work closely with banks, solicitors, property professionals, and other strategic partners to ensure a smooth and efficient client experience from initial consultation through to completion.

The role also involves developing and maintaining a strong network of professional relationships. You will have opportunities to build new business through referrals, networking, strategic partnerships, and relationship-based business development. A strong emphasis is placed on understanding client needs and delivering timely, professional, and solutions-oriented service throughout the advisory process.

We are seeking individuals who are commercially minded, confident in communicating with clients, and motivated by relationship building and business growth. Candidates should be comfortable working independently in a target-driven environment while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and client service. Previous experience in banking, lending, insurance, telesales, property, or financial services will be advantageous, although candidates with strong sales and relationship management potential are also welcome to apply.
