Job Description:

We are looking for motivated and result-oriented Mortgage Consultants with experience in the banking or non-banking financial sector to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with mortgage and home loan applications.
• Identify potential customers and generate new business leads.
• Understand clients’ financial requirements and recommend suitable mortgage solutions.
• Guide clients through the mortgage application and approval process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, banks, and financial institutions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Follow up with clients and maintain accurate records of applications.

Requirements:

• Experience in banking, non-banking financial institutions, mortgage sales, or home loans is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Sales-driven attitude with the ability to achieve targets.
• Knowledge of UAE mortgage products and procedures is an advantage.
