Role Description The Mortgage Consultant is a full-time, hybrid role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role involves advising clients on suitable mortgage products, assessing their financial situations, and explaining terms, rates, and conditions clearly. The Mortgage Consultant will handle end-to-end mortgage processes, including application intake, documentation review, and coordination with lenders and internal teams to ensure timely approvals and smooth closings. Daily activities include responding to client inquiries, providing ongoing updates, maintaining accurate records in relevant systems, and building long-term relationships through proactive follow-up. The role also requires staying current on market trends, lender policies, and regulatory requirements to provide informed and compliant guidance.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the Mortgage Industry and Mortgages, including various loan products and structures.
• Solid understanding of Finance principles and Mortgage Lending processes, from application through closing.
• Proven Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and professionally.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and consultative skills, with a focus on trust-building and ethical conduct.
• Ability to analyze financial documents (income, assets, credit reports) and recommend suitable mortgage options.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software; strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages common in the UAE market are an advantage.
• Prior experience in mortgage brokerage, banking, or financial services preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
