What they need
- Assist clients in applying for new home loans, refinancing, and mortgage-related financing solutions.
- Conduct financial assessments to determine clients' loan eligibility based on income, commitments, and bank lending criteria.
- Compare mortgage packages from multiple banks and recommend the most suitable financing solutions.
- Guide clients through the entire loan application process, from document collection to final loan approval.
- Prepare, verify, and submit loan applications with complete and accurate documentation.
- Liaise with banks, solicitors, developers, property agents, and valuers to ensure smooth transaction progress.
- Monitor loan application status and provide timely updates to clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, referral partners, and business associates.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, social media, and marketing activities.
- Follow up on potential leads and provide professional after-sales support.
- Stay updated on banking policies, mortgage products, interest rates, and industry trends.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and banking regulations.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
- Maintain accurate customer records and prepare reports when required.
- Participate in training sessions, meetings, and continuous professional development programs.
