Mortgage Loan Processor

Get Work Talent (GWT) is a US-based staffing company placing full-time remote operators with real estate, mortgage, and legal businesses. We're hiring an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor to manage loan files from application through closing for one of our US mortgage clients.

Who you are:
You've processed loans for a US mortgage company and you know the file inside and out - docs, conditions, compliance, and timelines. You catch missing or inconsistent information before it becomes a problem, and you know how to keep a file moving without cutting corners. You communicate clearly and professionally with loan officers, underwriters, and clients, and you take ownership of your pipeline instead of waiting to be told what's next.

What you'll do:

• Review and process mortgage loan files from application through closing
• Order and review title, appraisal, verification of employment/income, and other required documentation
• Ensure loan files are complete, accurate, and compliant before submission to underwriting
• Communicate with loan officers, underwriters, and clients to resolve conditions and keep files moving
• Track and manage a pipeline of active loan files, flagging bottlenecks early
• Maintain organized, up-to-date file notes and status updates

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of experience as a Loan Processor with a US-based mortgage company
• Strong judgment - you can tell a clean, ready file from one that just looks complete
• Understanding of real estate, mortgage, or legal operations is a strong plus
• Excellent English - you'll be communicating with internal leadership and clients daily
• Highly organized - the pipeline is only as good as the person maintaining it
• Resourceful and proactive - you flag issues and solve problems before they slow down a file

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php62,000.00 per month
