What they need
We're looking for an experienced Loan Processor (Loan Partner 3) who takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience while keeping loans moving efficiently.
If you are a mortgage processor who is fluent in both English and Spanish and enjoys taking ownership of your pipeline, communicating proactively, solving problems, and working alongside a supportive, high-performing team, we'd love to meet you.
The LP3 is responsible for managing loans from lock through funding, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality underwriting submissions and closings. This role works closely with the Loan Officer, Loan Partners, underwriters, borrowers, and third-party partners to proactively manage files, minimize underwriting conditions, and help ensure loans close on time.
Our ideal candidate:
- Is fluent in both English and Spanish
- Has 3+ years of mortgage processing experience for a broker
- Has outstanding communication skills
- Has excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability and pride in their work
- Has the ability to manage a high-volume pipeline with accuracy and efficiency
- Is a self-starter who takes ownership and gets things done
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Is flexible and willing to go the extra mile when needed, understanding that occasionally a time-sensitive loan may need attention outside of traditional business hours
- Isn't hesitant to pick up the phone to communicate
- Loves helping people
We're looking for someone who is coachable, embraces new ideas and processes, enjoys working as part of a team, and takes pride in finding solutions—not just identifying problems.
Fluency in Portuguese is a plus.
