We’re Hiring: Mortgage Servicing Data Engineer & Analyst Looking to make a major impact at a rapidly growing company? We’re seeking a skilled Data Engineer & Analyst with deep mortgage-servicing expertise to lead critical data mapping and conversion initiatives.

Role Overview

• Type: Fully Remote | Initial 6-Month Contract (Extension Options)
• Status: W2 Contractor eligible for full benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with 4% match, FSA & more)

What You’ll Do

• Lead Data Mapping & Conversions: Analyze source/target data models, bridge data gaps, and define precise transformation logic.
• Translate Requirements: Turn complex business needs into detailed technical specs, data requirements, and user stories.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Product Managers, Solution Architects, and Engineering teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Optimize Workflows: Facilitate requirement workshops, perform root cause/impact analysis, and refine reporting architecture.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Guide operational workflows, business rules, and regulatory considerations for mortgage servicing data.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of Data Engineering experience with strong SQL and Data Warehousing skills.
• Hands-on background in Mortgage Servicing software projects.
• Proven track record in data mapping, data cleansing, and supporting UAT.
• Strong background in Business/System Analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to pass background, drug (excl. marijuana), and credit checks.
