• Must be on-site at scheduled start time and present for the daily huddle
• Must be able to identify potential hazards and assist in maintaining a safe work environment for all team members
• Be present for Weekly Toolbox Talks
• Ensure proper setup, maintenance, and removal of all traffic controls
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Minimum of 3 years experience
• MOT Advanced, certified
• Knowledge of FDOT and MUTCD standards
• Able to follow verbal instructions
• Active Driver license
• Must possess the ability to adapt to different personalities and management styles
• Team player and strong interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with excellent verbal communication skills
• Reliance on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Dedicated and hard-working. Strong work ethic

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Physical Requirements:
• All work is performed outside in heat, cold, and inclement weather
• Exposure to loud noises, fumes, odors, gasses, dust, etc
• Work in close proximity to heavy traffic
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry objects, use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue
• Requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand with arm, two hands) and multi-limb coordination
