Greetings from Birla Open Minds International School, L B Nagar
Birla Open Minds Pre School, L B Nagar is looking for a warm, energetic, and creative Pre-Primary to create a nurturing, playful, and inquiry-based learning environment for children aged 2.5 to 4years.

Key Responsibilities

1. Classroom & Curriculum

• Plan and implement thematic, playbased, and activitybased lessons
• Follow BOMIS curriculum with focus on phonics, storytelling, and experiential learning
• Prepare teaching aids, charts, and classroom displays

2. Child Development

• Monitor and support cognitive, language, social, emotional, and motor skills
• Maintain daily records of student progress and behavior
• Identify learning needs and provide individual attention

3. Student Care & Safety

• Ensure safety, hygiene, and discipline in the classroom
• Handle students with patience, empathy, and positive reinforcement
• Firstaid and basic child care as needed

4. Parent Communication

• Regular updates to parents on child progress through meetings, diaries, apps
• Conduct PTMs and maintain parent rapport

5. School Activities

• Participate in events, celebrations, annual day, competitions
• Coordinate with coteachers and support staff
• Attend teacher training and workshops

Must-Have Requirements

• Qualification: Any Graduate. If NTT / D.Ed / B.Ed with specialization in Early Childhood (will add as an advantage)
• Experience: 1-4 Years in Pre-Primary / Primary
