该职位来源于猎聘 Motion Control Domain Developer 运动控制域开发工程师 Location: Shanghai/ Jiangsu Rugao (prefer) 地点：上海/江苏如皋（优先） As an Embedded Software Developer, you will play a key role in building safety-critical, real-time motion control domain in a modern automotive environment for both ICE and BEV products.

作为嵌入式软件开发者，负责在现代汽车环境下，为燃油及纯电车型构建安全关键的实时运动控制。

• As a developer in our team, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of control strategies and functions for motion control, including torque management, gear selection, powertrain integration, cruise control etc.

作为团队开发者，负责运动控制策略与功能的开发及维护，包括扭矩管理、档位选择、动力总成集成、巡航控制等。

• The work is varied, and you have the opportunity to influence the technical solutions from idea to finished product.

工作内容多样，可参与并影响技术方案从概念到落地的全过程。

• Development work includes writing requirements, implementation, testing, verification and documentation of functionality.开发工作涵盖需求撰写、代码实现、测试验证以及功能文档的编写。
• Software development is done in C, but also in Matlab/Simulink.软件开发使用C语言，同时涉及Matlab/Simulink
• Testing is done in unit test, SIL, or out in a vehicle. 测试涵盖单元测试、SIL（软件在环测试）及实车测试。 Qualifications and skills资质及技能 We believe you bring some of the following:我们希望你具备以下部分条件：
• A masters degree within a relevant field such as mechanical engineering, computer sciences or electrical engineering

机械工程、计算机科学或电气工程相关专业硕士学位。

• Strong background in C, Matlab/Simulink

扎实的C语言和Matlab/Simulink背景。

• Strong background in VCU control and torque path design

扎实的VCU控制和扭矩路径设计背景

• Good knowledge about powertrain integration is a merit(motor,brake system etc) 具备动力总成集成（电机、制动系统等）相关知识者优先
• Good knowledge about transmission control is a merit 具备变速器控制相关知识者优先
• 4 years+ of work experience within vehicle development, control systems development or embedded software development.

4年以上车辆开发、控制系统开发或嵌入式软件开发工作经验

• Knowledge of automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, CAN FD, Ethernet)

了解汽车通信协议（如CAN、CAN FD、以太网）

• Experience with testing methodologies (unit, integration, SIL, vehicle)

具备测试方法（单元测试、集成测试、软件在环测试、实车测试）经验

• Experience working with functional safety according to ISO 26262 具备ISO 26262功能安全标准的工作经验
