Position Overview
As a Motion Designer & Video Editor Intern, you will support the creation of engaging visual content for digital marketing and brand communication initiatives. You will be involved in the end-to-end content production process, from assisting with video shoots and editing content to creating motion graphics and visual enhancements. Working closely with the marketing and content team, you will help transform creative ideas into compelling visual stories while gaining exposure to content strategy, audience insights, and emerging digital trends across various platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating motion graphics, animations, and video edits for social media and digital marketing content.
• Edit video content such as promotional materials.
• Support the content and marketing team in developing engaging visual assets aligned with campaign objectives.
• Assist in video production activities such as shooting preparation, and on-site production when required.
• Create motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, sound effects, and visual enhancements to videos.
• Organize and manage video assets and project files for efficient content production.
• Stay updated with emerging content and editing.

Requirements

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Visual Communication Design, Film Production, Multimedia, Communication, or a related field.
• Familiar with Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or other video editing and motion design software.
• Basic understanding of motion design, video editing, visual storytelling, and design principles.
• Interested in video production and willing to be involved in both shooting and post-production processes.
• Able to understand content objectives and translate content ideas into engaging visual executions.
  Knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and audio equipment is a plus.
• Portfolio showcasing video editing, motion graphics, or creative content projects (academic, freelance, or personal projects are welcome).
• Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks effectively.
