For more than 55 years, Eren Perakende has been uniting world-renowned brands with consumers in Turkey. In 1990, the company partnered with Devanlay to begin the licensed production and distribution of Lacoste in Turkey. Since then, Eren Perakende has taken on the distributorship of global brands such as Burberry, Gant, Nautica, and Converse.

In 2008, the company launched its own retail concept with Occasion stores, followed by the introduction of the innovative SuperStep store concept in 2012. Embracing a multi-channel strategy in 2020, Eren Perakende expanded its online sales network and redefined the shopping experience through House of SuperStep, transforming retail into an experience-driven model.

Expanding its brand portfolio with names like Intersport, SuperKids, Fashfed, United4, Sanal Çadır and Heartbeat. Eren Perakende now operates in 25 countries, with over 8,000 employees, nearly 650 stores, and 17 digital platforms.

We are looking for a “ Motion Designer ” to contribute to our premium lifestyle brands in this growth journey.

Job Description

• Designing eye-catching motion graphics, 2D/3D animation, and video content for e-commerce platforms and digital channels,
• Adapting campaign, seasonal product launch, and special occasion communications into dynamic video and animation formats suitable for websites, social media, digital advertising spaces, and in-store digital screens,
• Preparing animated visual content in line with brand corporate identity, aesthetic approach, and brand perception,
• Executing creative editing, assembly, and motion design projects for in-store digital screens, outdoor/LED media, and social media channels,
• Developing content formats tailored to various communication channels and ensuring designs are prepared for publication in compliance with technical requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, or relevant fields from reputable universities,
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the e-commerce or retail sector,
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications,
• Advanced expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and similar video editing software, alongside motion graphic design applications,
• Hands-on experience in generating visual and video content using AI tools,
• Closely following design trends and industry innovations,
• Fluency in English is preferred,
• Strong planning and organizational skills,
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills,
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment,
• Creative, dynamic, and solution-oriented.
