Job Title: Motion Graphic Designer (Adobe Creative Suite Illustrator & Video Editing)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motion Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on Illustrator, video editing tools, and motion graphics, along with a proven track record in developing high-quality digital learning content.

This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can translate complex concepts into visually engaging and effective learning materials while maintaining high design and production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop visually compelling e-learning content and multimedia assets
• Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and visual elements using Adobe Illustrator
• Edit and produce professional-grade video content for learning purposes
• Design and develop motion graphics and animated sequences using Adobe After Effects to enhance learner engagement
• Handle chroma key compositing (green screen removal) for clean and professional video outputs
• Create animated infographics, kinetic typography, and visual effects that support instructional narratives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective solutions
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across all deliverables
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines and quality benchmarks

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 1 -2 years of experience in e-learning content development
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
• Strong expertise in graphic design and video editing
• Proficiency in motion graphics design and animation using Adobe After Effects, including keyframing, expressions, and compositing
• Experience in creating animated learning assets such as explainers, transitions, and interactive visual elements
• Excellent visual storytelling and content development skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
