Job description

We are looking for a Motion Graphics Designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media.

Responsibilities

• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Schedule projects and define budget constraints
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce the final design
• Test graphics across various media
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Proven graphic designing & animation experience
• A strong portfolio of illustrations, animations, or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Figma, HTML, Adobe after effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and Photoshop)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet tight deadlines
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus

Role Description The Motion Graphic Designer will create high-quality motion graphics and visual content for digital platforms, supporting product launches, marketing campaigns, and communication initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing storyboards, designing graphics and animations, editing and assembling video assets, and collaborating with creative, product, and marketing teams to align visuals with brand guidelines and project goals. The designer will optimize content for various formats and channels, manage project timelines, and maintain organized asset libraries. This is a full-time role, requiring reliable communication, adherence to deadlines, and independent execution of assigned projects.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics for digital and social media content.
• Experience in Video Production, including editing, compositing, and basic sound integration.
• Proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics creation for static and animated assets.
• Advanced knowledge of industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent).
• Ability to interpret briefs, develop storyboards, and translate concepts into compelling visual narratives.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and brand consistency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and video work for digital products, marketing, or brand campaigns.
• Excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously in a remote, contract-based environment.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, product, engineering) is beneficial.
• Relevant education or training in design, animation, media production, or a related field is a plus.
