Motion Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a Motion Graphic Designer who can make brands move – literally.

If you have a strong eye for design, love bringing characters and ideas to life, and enjoy creating high-impact visual content, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a hybrid design § motion role. You’ll work across our products and brands, combining graphic design, animation, video, illustration, and emerging AI tools to create visual experiences that stand out across websites, social media, campaigns, and digital products.

Our visual style is bold, dynamic, and character-driven – from striking key art and brand identities to animated campaigns, trailers, and product experiences.

What you’ll do:

• Create promo videos, trailers, teasers, and campaign content for product launches.
• Develop visual identities, key visuals, illustrations, social media assets, brand books, and marketing materials.
• Design visuals for websites, landing pages, digital campaigns, and advertising.
• Animate characters, logos, illustrations, key art, and hero visuals.
• Produce content for multiple formats and channels, including vertical and horizontal video, animated banners, and short-form social content.
• Create UI and product animations in collaboration with designers and developers.
• Help shape and evolve our brands' visual identity in motion.
• Work closely with marketing and product teams from concept through final delivery.
• Use AI tools as part of your creative production workflow – for concept development, image generation, video, textures, backgrounds, voiceovers, and more – while turning generated material into polished, production-ready work.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Motion Designer / Motion Graphic Designer, ideally in an agency, studio, gaming, or tech environment.
• A strong portfolio and showreel demonstrating both design and motion work.
• Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
• Strong graphic design fundamentals: composition, typography, color, layout, visual hierarchy, and branding.
• Proven experience with static design, including branding, key art, campaigns, digital and/or print materials.
• Expert-level Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong working knowledge of Figma.
• Expert-level Adobe After Effects, including expressions, rigging, and compositing.
• 3D experience with Cinema 4D and/or Blender, including modeling, lighting, and rendering.
• Experience with Redshift, Octane, Cycles, or similar rendering workflows.
• Strong video editing skills in Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve.
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion/ComfyUI, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, or similar.
• A strong understanding of timing, rhythm, animation principles, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work from a brief, manage multiple projects, and consistently meet deadlines.
• Fluent English, including written communication and on-screen copy.

Good to have:

• Experience with Spine, Rive, Lottie, or other real-time/interactive animation.
• HTML5 animated banner experience.
• AI voice and audio tools such as ElevenLabs or Suno.
• Basic sound design skills.
• Illustration and/or character design experience.
• Experience developing brand guidelines or design systems.
• Print production experience.
• Unreal Engine or Un ity experience for cinematic or interactive content.
