Role Description The Motion Graphic Designer role at Adwintage is a full-time remote position. The Motion Graphic Designer will create dynamic motion graphics and animated content for digital campaigns, social media assets, websites, and branding projects. Daily responsibilities include conceptualizing visuals from briefs, storyboarding, designing assets, animating graphics, and collaborating with designers, marketers, and copywriters to ensure cohesive visual communication. The role also involves editing and optimizing video and motion content for different platforms, maintaining brand consistency, and staying current with motion design trends and tools. The Motion Graphic Designer is expected to manage timelines, meet deadlines, and contribute creative ideas that support client objectives.

WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON

• ⁠ ⁠Creating Reels and short-form video content

• ⁠ ⁠Creating AI-powered Reels using Higgsfield, Freepik and other AI tools

• ⁠ ⁠Exploring new AI tools and creative workflows

• ⁠ ⁠Designing static social media posts

• ⁠ ⁠Supporting branding and visual identity projects

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong skills in creating Reels and static creatives

• Hands-on knowledge of AI video and creative tools

• Strong graphic design skills and visual sense

• Good understanding of typography, composition, colour and branding

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Canva

• Creative, curious and willing to experiment

• Must have a high-performance computer capable of professional video editing, the required creative software, and an over-ear noise-cancelling headset for daily briefing meetings

• An early riser who is comfortable with early starts and morning briefings
