Motion Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a Senior Motion Graphics Designer / Animator to create visually compelling content for a client in the tobacco industry . Combining high-end 3D modelling and animation with 2D motion design, you’ll bring brand stories to life across campaigns, digital platforms, brand films, and social media.

You’ll collaborate with creative, marketing, and production teams to deliver polished, cinematic visuals. This role suits a hands-on creative professional with strong technical expertise, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to take projects from concept through final delivery.

What you’ll do

• Design and produce high-quality 2D and 3D animations for brand films, advertising, marketing campaigns, product launches, and digital content.
• Develop storyboards, style frames, and visual concepts that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Create high-end 3D models, animations, and photorealistic imagery.
• Edit and composite animated elements to ensure visual cohesion, compelling storytelling, and strong narrative flow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring static designs to life through motion.
• Adapt and optimise assets for different channels, formats, and specifications, including web, mobile, social media, and video.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative deliverables.
• Manage post-production workflows and multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Support and mentor junior designers or freelancers as needed.

What we’re looking for

• 8+ years of experience in animation and motion graphics, preferably within an agency or studio environment.
• Strong expertise in both 2D motion design and high-end 3D modelling and animation .
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator .
• Advanced proficiency in Cinema 4D, Blender, or comparable 3D software .
• Familiarity with Figma and Photoshop .
• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, pacing, and storytelling in linear narratives.
• An exceptional eye for colour, lighting, composition, and visual detail.
• Ability to translate creative concepts into engaging, polished visual content.
• Experience managing multiple creative projects and delivering within tight timelines.
• Fluent English , with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A proactive, self-driven approach and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work on projects for a client in the tobacco industry.

Nice to have

• Advanced image retouching, colour correction, and compositing skills for product, lifestyle, and campaign imagery.
• Familiarity with additional editing tools, such as Final Cut Pro.
• Strong knowledge of digital and social media formats, best practices, and image and video optimisation.
• Experience mentoring junior creatives or managing freelance contributors.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools such as Runway, Midjourney, or Adobe Firefly

Salary: $5,000 to $5,600 USD per month
