What you'll do?

● Define Creative Vision & Strategy: Set the creative direction for projects to align with business goals and brand identity.

● Project Management: Manage timelines, deliverables, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of creative projects.

● Concept Development: Develop creative concepts from idea to execution, including Key Visuals, campaign creatives, and motion graphics.

● Drive AI-Powered Workflows: Integrate AI tools (e.g., Magnific, Adobe tools, Design Agents within Claude etc.) into the creative process to accelerate ideation, concepting, and production without compromising quality.

● Quality Control: Review and ensure all creative outputs meet high standards and brand guidelines.

● Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the brand's visual identity and messaging.

● Stay Current with Trends: Keep up with industry trends, technologies, and tools—including emerging AI design tools—to bring fresh ideas to the creative process.

● Active Availability: This is a 3-month freelance engagement and requires active availability on a day-to-day basis throughout the engagement period, based on project requirements.

● Potential Full-Time Opportunity: The initial engagement will be for 3 months. Based on performance, business requirements, and mutual fit, there may be an opportunity to convert the engagement into a full-time role after the 3-month period.

What you’ll need:

● Education: A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related fields.

● Strong Motion Design Experience: Strong hands-on experience in motion design and animation is a must, with a portfolio showcasing high-quality motion graphics and animated creative work.

● Design Experience: 2-5 years in creative roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of work. This is a very hands-on role. We expect you to take the lead in coming up with Key Visuals and motion graphics.

● Creative & Technical Expertise: Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, AfterEffects) and a solid understanding of design principles. Candidates with motion graphics experience will be given a preference.

● AI Tool Fluency: Hands-on experience with AI-driven design and content generation tools (e.g., Magnific, Adobe tools, Design Agents within Claude etc.) integrated into an end-to-end creative workflow.

● Strategic Thinking: Ability to align creative work with business goals and project requirements.

● Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to present and explain creative ideas to stakeholders.

● Adaptability: Strong problem-solving skills, staying current with design trends, technologies, and AI-driven tools.
