Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics & Video Editor who understands visual storytelling, audience psychology, and digital content trends. The ideal candidate should be skilled in video editing, motion graphics, photo manipulation, and AI-powered creative tools, with the ability to create engaging content that captures attention and drives audience retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging videos, motion graphics, reels, shorts, and promotional content.
• Perform photo manipulation, image enhancement, and visual composition.
• Apply design psychology, color psychology, and typography principles to create impactful visuals.
• Understand audience retention, strong hooks, and effective calls to action (CTAs).
• Apply basic scripting and storytelling techniques to structure engaging content.
• Research current social media trends and adapt content accordingly.
• Use AI tools to enhance creativity, speed up workflows, and generate content ideas.
• Understand platform-specific content requirements and audience behavior.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts aligned with brand goals.
• Analyze content performance and improve future videos based on engagement and retention.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in video editing and motion graphics software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong knowledge of photo manipulation and visual design principles.
• Understanding of design psychology, color psychology, and typography.
• Knowledge of audience retention strategies, attention-grabbing hooks, and CTAs.
• Basic scripting and storytelling skills.
• Practical experience using AI tools for video editing, image generation, and creative content production.
• Awareness of social media trends, viral content formats, and audience engagement techniques.
• Ability to understand a content brief and convert it into engaging visual content.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating previous editing and motion graphics work is preferred.
