Motion Graphics Associate

JOB SUMMARY

The Motion Graphics Associate is responsible for creating and producing engaging motion graphics content across various digital platforms. This role involves developing dynamic visuals that enhance storytelling and brand communication. The Motion Graphics Associate collaborates with the creative and marketing teams to deliver high-quality motion graphics that align with the company’s strategic objectives and brand guidelines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Motion Graphics Creation

• Create engaging motion graphics and animations for videos, social media, websites, presentations, and other digital content.
• Turn creative concepts into visually appealing and audience-friendly content.
• Combine motion graphics with video, animation, VFX, and other multimedia elements.

Content Development

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual concepts based on project requirements.
• Create storyboards and establish visual direction prior to production.
• Ensure that visuals are aligned with the brand and intended message.

Technical Execution

• Use tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, and/or 3D software.
• Apply video editing, visual effects, typography, color, and audio elements as needed.
• Prepare and optimize content for various digital platforms and formats.

Collaboration

• Work with designers, editors, and other team members to complete creative projects.
• Communicate project updates and incorporate feedback to improve final outputs.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Digital Media, Animation, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related creative field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 2–4 years of experience in motion graphics or related creative roles is an advantage.
• Proficient in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and at least one 3D software application (e.g., Cinema 4D or Blender).
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative motion graphics work across various formats and platforms, including social media, websites, presentations, and live-action integration.
• Good understanding of visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and composition in motion design.
• Experience in video editing, VFX, and audio integration is a plus.
• Knowledge of or experience using AI tools and applying AI in creative and motion graphics workflows is an advantage.
• Able to create storyboards and translate abstract concepts into compelling visual content.
• Comfortable using collaboration and communication tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and DocuSign.
• Willing to work in an onsite work arrangement.
