Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Motion Graphics role based in Noida. The Motion Graphics professional will create engaging motion visuals and animations for marketing campaigns, product demos, social media, and brand communication. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing ideas, developing storyboards, designing graphics, and producing motion content aligned with brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating with marketing, design, and product teams to translate briefs into clear visual narratives, as well as adapting assets for different digital platforms. The professional will also be responsible for refining existing animations, ensuring high-quality output, and managing project timelines from concept to final delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics, including creating animated assets and visual effects for digital platforms.
• Proficiency in Graphics and visual design, with the ability to develop on-brand layouts, icons, and illustrations for motion projects.
• Experience in Video Production, including basic editing, compositing, and exporting formats optimized for web and social media.
• Ability to create clear Storyboarding and visual concepts that translate scripts and ideas into compelling motion sequences.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop or equivalent).
• Strong sense of timing, visual storytelling, typography, and composition.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Animation, Design, Multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in digital marketing, tech, or travel-related content creation is an advantage.
