We’re looking for a Motion Graphic Designer who can turn ideas into visually compelling motion experiences and bring static designs to life.

What You’ll Do

• Create engaging motion graphics, animations, reels, social media videos, and digital content.
• Animate typography, illustrations, logos, UI elements, and graphic compositions.
• Develop motion concepts based on creative briefs and brand guidelines.
• Work closely with the creative, design, content, and marketing teams to execute campaigns.
• Create short-form content optimized for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Add transitions, visual effects, sound design, music, and other elements to enhance storytelling.
• Adapt existing designs into different formats, aspect ratios, and platforms.
• Explore new animation styles, trends, AI tools, and emerging motion-design techniques.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver work within agreed timelines.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of professional experience in motion graphics, animation, or a similar creative role.
• Strong command of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Good working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, composition, timing, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to transform static designs into engaging motion pieces.
• Good sense of design, aesthetics, transitions, pacing, and music synchronization.
• Ability to understand a brief and independently develop creative solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to experiment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced creative agency environment and handle multiple deadlines.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blen

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
