Role:
We’re looking for a creative Motion Graphics Designer with 2 or 3 years of experience, who can design visually engaging artworks and bring them to life through animation, motion graphics, and video content. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, layout composition, and visual storytelling, with hands-on experience using modern creative and AI-powered tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality static artworks, social media creatives, and ad visuals that align with brand guidelines.
• Transform designs into engaging animations, motion graphics, and short-form videos.
• Edit and produce video content for social media, digital campaigns, and advertisements.
• Create 2D animations, explainer clips, and animated brand assets.
• Use AI-powered creative tools and workflows to speed up ideation, production, and iteration without compromising quality.
• Develop clear layouts with strong visual hierarchy, typography, and colour usage in Figma.
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and project managers to turn briefs into compelling visual stories.
• Adapt content across multiple formats and platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, web banners, etc.).
• Manage multiple projects at once and deliver within agreed timelines.
• Stay current with design, motion, and AI trends, and propose fresh creative ideas.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred but not necessary.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design, multimedia design, or motion graphics.
• Proven ability to design high-quality artworks and convert them into animations and videos.
• Solid experience in motion graphics, 2D animation, and video editing.
• Proficiency in Figma, with a good understanding of design layouts, grids, and visual hierarchy.
• Hands-on experience with CapCut, Higgsfield, and other animation or video tools.
• Strong command of AI-powered creative tools and workflows (e.g., AI image, video, and voice generation tools).
• Ability to create engaging visual content tailored to social media, advertisements, and digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of design principles, composition, colour theory, and typography.
• A strong portfolio showcasing both design and animation work.

Additional Skills

• Problem-solving aptitude.
• Ability to think creatively, innovate, and explore new design concepts.
• Experience working with brand guidelines across multiple campaigns.
• Understanding of social media trends and platform-specific content best practices.

Bonus Skills:

• Open-minded and keen to learn new things and grow with the team
• Knowledge of AI video, image, and voice tools such as Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Kling, or Veo.

Salary range: 150,000 Rs. - 200,000 Rs per monthPlease note that the salary is tied to the United States Dollar (USD), meaning that as the USD increases, the salary will increase proportionally.
