Motion Graphics Designer

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative Motion Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life through animation, visual effects, and dynamic graphics. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of motion design principles, animation timing, typography, and visual storytelling for digital marketing and advertising.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging motion graphics and animated content for social media, digital advertisements, websites, and promotional campaigns.
• Develop animated typography, kinetic text, logo animations, lower thirds, transitions, and branded visual elements.
• Create motion-based advertisements, promotional videos, product animations, and campaign creatives.
• Animate graphic elements, illustrations, icons, text, and other visual assets.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams to develop cohesive campaign content.
• Convert static designs into dynamic animations while maintaining brand consistency.
• Apply keyframing, easing, masking, tracking, compositing, and visual effects where required.
• Optimize animations for different platforms, aspect ratios, durations, and output specifications.
• Review feedback, make revisions, and ensure quality and consistency in final deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects and meet production deadlines.
• Keep up with emerging motion design trends, animation styles, and AI-assisted creative workflows.
• Plan, shoot, and appear in on-site photo and video sessions to create content for the website and social media platforms.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, spacing, and motion flow.
• Good knowledge of typography, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience with keyframes, masks, effects, transitions, and compositing.
• Ability to animate static designs and create visually engaging motion sequences.
• Understanding of social media advertising formats and digital content requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage revisions and deliver projects within deadlines.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Animation, Motion Graphics, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–2years of relevant motion graphics experience.
• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating animation and motion design skills is required.
