Motor Claims Evaluator (12-month Project)

• Collects, organizes, and reviews claims documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.

• Evaluates claims and determines whether they are eligible for compensation based on applicable policies and guidelines.

• Negotiates with shops to achieve fair and reasonable claim settlements.

• Inspects damages when necessary to support proper claim assessment and evaluation.

• Reviews and recommends claims for approval and appropriate settlement.

• Assists in addressing and resolving claims-related inquiries and concerns.

• Maintains, updates, and reviews claims records and data to ensure accuracy and proper documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make sound decisions independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with both internal and external clients
• Proven ability to deliver sensitive, complex, or unfavorable decisions professionally and tactfully
• Willingness to travel and be assigned to various dealership locations
• Ability to perform hands-on vehicle inspections and accurately verify damaged parts when necessary
• Willing to be a project employee
