Motor Clothes Manager

Job Overview

Duties

• Lead and supervise the retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
• Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and product merchandising to maximize sales potential
• Conduct employee orientation, training & development sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge
• Implement effective merchandising strategies to promote motor clothes products and seasonal promotions
• Coordinate shift management, scheduling, and operational tasks to maintain store efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Proven management experience in retail sales or store management, preferably within the automotive or motorcycle industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
• Excellent communication skills, including managerial communication and phone etiquette
• Demonstrated proficiency in inventory management, POS systems, purchasing, and cash handling
• Knowledge of retail math, basic accounting principles, budgeting, and pricing strategies
• Experience with recruiting, interviewing, employee orientation, training & development is highly desirable
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills
• Familiarity with wireless sales or related product knowledge is advantageous

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
