Motor Coach Operator

We are seeking a professional and dependable Motor Coach Operator to provide safe, reliable, and courteous transportation services. Responsibilities

• Safely operate motor coaches along designated routes, ensuring passenger safety at all times
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, seating, and inquiries
• Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure proper functioning of mechanical systems and safety equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the coach, reporting any mechanical issues promptly
• Follow scheduled routes and adhere to time schedules while maintaining flexibility for unforeseen delays
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, passengers, and team members using clear and professional language
• Ensure compliance with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during operation
• Assist in emergency situations with calmness and professionalism

Skills

• Mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle inspections and troubleshoot minor issues
• Strong communication skills in English for effective interaction with passengers and team members
• Customer service orientation to ensure a positive experience for all passengers
• Valid commercial driving license with appropriate endorsements for operating large vehicles
• Knowledge of maintenance procedures relevant to motor coach operation
• Excellent communication skills to relay information clearly and professionally
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations responsibly
• Attention to safety protocols and detail-oriented approach to vehicle inspections and route adherence

Pay: $25.00 per hour
