Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Embedded C software for BLDC/PMSM motor control applications.
• Implement, test, and optimize FOC (Field Oriented Control) algorithms.
• Perform motor bring-up, testing, debugging, and tuning on hardware.
• Bring up and configure MCU peripherals including PWM, ADC, Timers, Interrupts, UART, CAN, and LIN.
• Develop and debug LIN communication stacks and application-layer messaging.
• Tune current, speed, and torque control loops.
• Analyze motor performance, startup behavior, efficiency, and fault conditions.
• Support software integration, validation, and root-cause analysis.

Required Skills

• Strong Embedded C programming skills.

• Hands-on experience with BLDC/PMSM motor control development.

• Strong understanding of:

• FOC

• Clarke/Park Transformations

• SVPWM

• PI Controller Tuning

• Sensorless/Sensored Motor Control

• Experience in peripheral bring-up and low-level driver development.

• Experience with LIN communication protocol (mandatory).

• Knowledge of CAN, UART, SPI, and I2C communication protocols.

• Hands-on experience with Oscilloscope, Current Probe, and Debuggers.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Infineon TLE987x/TLE989x MCUs.
• Experience in motor tuning and validation on real hardware.
• Automotive embedded software development experience.
• Familiarity with MISRA-C and software development processes.
