Motor Equipment Operator

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Motor Equipment Operator to join our crew at the Town of Clarkson Highway Department. An ideal candidate must be willing to work all shifts and have a clean driver’s license.

Duties

• Operating various pieces of equipment.
• Physical labor work, both heavy and light duty tasks.
• Winter operations include but are not limited to snow plowing.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and work mostly outdoors.

Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:

• CDL B required.
• Two (2) years paid experience in the operation & mechanical repair of medium & heavy motor equipment is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
