Motor Insurance - Agent Support

• Generate leads and convert them into motor insurance customers.
• Explain motor insurance products, coverage, benefits, exclusions, and terms to customers.
• Prepare and share insurance quotations based on customer requirements.
• Handle new policy sales, renewals, and policy servicing.
• Follow up with customers for pending documents, payments, and renewals.
• Assist customers with policy-related queries and service requests.
• Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations, policy issuance, endorsements, and other requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer and policy details in the CRM.
• Ensure timely follow-up and completion of customer requests within the required TAT.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Support customers during the policy lifecycle and provide appropriate assistance when required.
