Motor Insurance Executive

We are looking for a motivated Motor Insurance Executive to join our team. You will manage customer inquiries, generate quotes, handle policy issuance, and maintain strong client relationships. The role involves email management, follow-ups, payments coordination, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer emails, calls, and WhatsApp queries related to motor insurance.
• Generate and compare policy quotations; assist clients in choosing the best coverage.
• Issue, modify, and cancel motor insurance policies; maintain accurate documentation.
• Follow up on payments, claims, and policy renewals.
• Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, and internal procedures.
• Support cross-selling and enhance client relationships.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Motor Insurance.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
• Strong customer service, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Proficient in CRM and policy management systems.
