The Role

We are looking for a qualified Motor Technician to join our busy workshop.

The role will involve servicing, diagnostics, maintenance and repairs on a range of vehicles, with a strong focus on Jaguar, Land Rover and Range Rover.

Key Responsibilities

• Vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs.
• Mechanical and electrical diagnostics.
• Fault finding using modern diagnostic equipment.
• Brake, suspension, engine and transmission repairs.
• Timing belt and timing chain work.
• Hybrid/PHEV and modern vehicle diagnostics.
• Completing job sheets and recording work carried out.
• Maintaining a clean and safe workshop.
• Working independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• Fully qualified Motor Technician/Mechanic.
• Minimum 1 year post-apprenticeship experience.
• Good mechanical and diagnostic skills.
• Experience with modern vehicles.
• Full Category B driving licence.
• Good attention to detail and a professional attitude.
• Ability to work on your own initiative.

Jaguar Land Rover experience is desirable but not essential.
